Anyone wishing to order from a country which is not in the EU can order directly by email at: info@extreme-plants.NL.The feasibility of sending the order and the method of payment will be studied on a case by case basis. Orders will only be taken into account after full payment has been received.

5.      Availability of Ordered Goods

Only available articles can be ordered in the shop. If certain articles cannot be shipped due to circumstances not caused by and beyoned the responsibility of www.extreme-plants.eu, the customer receives either a credit note or a refund by means of bank transfer or sending cash.

For orders for which payment is not received along the order, all goods are reserved for the customer for two   weeks. If payment is not received within this time, certain articles may not be available anymore. On receipt of a later payment for all unavailable articles a credit note is issued to the customer or a refund is given by means of bank transfer or sending cash will be given.

6.      Payment

On order receipt the total order value is due net and can be cleared by:
If payment is not received within two (2) weeks after the order confirmation date from www.extreme-plants.eu, the order will automatically be cancelled and reserved items are offered again in the shop. After receipt of payment all goods will be shipped within five (5) working days, if the customer does not receive a separate written note by e-mail stating a different date of dispatch. On grounds of incidences provoked by third parties (e. g. strike) dispatch may be slightly postponed.

7.      Shipment

Orders are dispatched after prior receipt of payment only. After receiving payment the orders are sent the following Monday to the address indicated by the buyer. All orders are sent using the TNT. This takes one to two days for delivery in Holland and three to two days outside Holland.

The plants are sent striped of soil and dead leaves wrapped in damp moss and in individualized plastic bags. In these conditions plants can travel more than 10 days without any real damage.

All plants will be shipped during a frost-free periods, so only in winter months (i. e. from mid-Otober to end of March) may result in a delay of dispatch.

If the customer has certain restrictions/wishes for dates/periods of dispatch, these shall be clearly stated in the order.

8.      Complaints, Cancellation / Return

All material is supplied in best state and free of any damages on the day of dispatch. www.extreme-plants.eu, does not hold responsibility for any damages, which may occur during transport. Any perceptible damages must be brought immediately to the carrier's notice.

On arrival of consignment the customer has to control all articles on completeness and intact their condition. If there should be any material not satisfactory for which www.extreme-plants.eu, does hold responsibility (e. g. disease or infestations), the customer has to contact www.extreme-plants.eu, in written form (e.g. by email) within three (3) working days after receipt of consignment. Only after a written approval from www.extreme-plants.eu, all articles have to be sent back in their original package. The customer is given either a replacement as quickly as possible, a credit note is issued or a refund is given. For any return, which has not been approved by www.extreme-plants.eu,, as well as for all later complaints, no replacement, credit note nor refund will be given. www.extreme-plants.eu, will do everything to solve the problem immediately to ensure complete satisfaction of the customer.
